How does the custom video process work?

Click the “Request Now” button below or at the top of the page and Google Forms will open. Fill out the form, I’ll review your request within 24 hours, and I’ll ask any clarifying questions if necessary. You’ll receive a quote via email with payment instructions, and if you decide to purchase, I’ll create your video and deliver it within the 2-5 business days. Revisions are included if needed.

Can I request a specific tone or style for the video?

Yes, please do. I want it to be exactly what you’re looking for.

Do you offer revisions if I want to make changes?

One revision is included with your order to ensure you’re happy with the final result. Additional edits can be requested for a small fee, depending on the scope.

Can I use the videos on social media, my website, or app?

Yes. You have full rights to use your custom video. Share it with anyone and use it on any platform unless otherwise discussed. For UGC, just let me know where you’ll post it so I can tailor it accordingly.

How long until I receive my video?

Videos are delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on length and complexity. Rush orders are available upon request for an added fee.
