By booking or purchasing any service or product on our website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service in their entirety.

2. No Refunds

All sales are final except where refunds are required by applicable law or explicitly stated in this policy.

Seeds to Dreams does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: cancellations, no-shows, missed appointments, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. This applies equally to all services and digital goods such as custom videos, personalized blueprints, and tarot readings.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a booked session by providing notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling. No-shows are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable. All cancellations are subject to this Refund Policy, and no exceptions will be made unless required by law.

4. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule a booked session if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. While Seeds to Dreams will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, it is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. No refunds or credits will be issued for sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

5. Booking and Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. By submitting payment, you confirm your commitment and agree to this Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price at the time of booking will be honored.

6. Digital Products and Deliverables

Digital products and custom deliverables, including videos, blueprints, and readings, are non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered, made available, or accessed. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Refunds will not be provided for delays or dissatisfaction with digital products.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By booking or purchasing, you waive the right to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals except in cases of proven unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. Chargebacks initiated without valid cause may result in account suspension and legal action.
