1. Overview & Acknowledgment
This Refund Policy governs all purchases and bookings made through Seeds to Dreams, (https://www.seedstodreams.com), including but not limited to one-on-one sessions, coaching packages, custom content, tarot readings, digital products, and mentoring services. By booking or purchasing any service or product on our website, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy and the Terms of Service in their entirety.
2. No Refunds
All sales are final.
Seeds to Dreams does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: cancellations, no-shows, missed appointments, dissatisfaction, or change of mind. This applies equally to all services and digital goods such as custom videos, personalized blueprints, coaching sessions, tarot readings, and mentoring.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a booked session by providing notice at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling. No-shows are treated as cancellations and are non-refundable. All cancellations are subject to this Refund Policy, and no exceptions will be made unless required by law.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule a booked session if notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. While Seeds to Dreams will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, it is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. No refunds or credits will be issued for sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice.
5. Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. By submitting payment, you confirm your commitment and agree to this Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but the price at the time of booking will be honored.
6. Digital Products and Deliverables
Digital products and custom deliverables, including videos, blueprints, and readings, are non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered or accessed. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Refunds will not be provided for delays or dissatisfaction with digital products.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By booking or purchasing, you waive the right to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals except in cases of proven unauthorized or fraudulent transactions. Chargebacks initiated without valid cause may result in account suspension and legal action.
8. Legal Compliance and Consumer Rights
This Refund Policy is intended to comply with applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection laws. However, depending on your jurisdiction, you may have statutory rights regarding refunds or cancellations that cannot be waived. Nothing in this policy limits those rights to the extent they are mandated by law.

Seeds to Dreams disclaims all liability for any damages or losses arising from the inability to obtain a refund, including indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services and products are provided “as-is” without guarantees of specific outcomes.

11. Force Majeure
Seeds to Dreams shall not be held liable or obligated to issue refunds due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or technical disruptions.
12. Entire Agreement
This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which together constitute the entire agreement regarding refunds, cancellations, and purchases at Seeds to Dreams.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Refund Policy or your purchase shall first be subject to good faith negotiations between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This arbitration requirement applies to all claims including statutory, contractual, and common law claims.

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
