1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the website, booking services, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms and confirm you are legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you are under 18 years old, you must have consent from a parent or guardian.

2. Cancellations and Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Seeds to Dreams does not offer refunds for any reason, including client cancellations, no-shows, or missed appointments.
If you need to reschedule, please reach out at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate — rescheduling is not guaranteed.
No refunds are offered. This includes all services and digital goods, including custom videos, blueprints, or tarot readings.

Please be sure of your availability and commitment before booking.

By booking, you agree to these terms and waive any right to dispute payments via chargeback or reversal, except in the case of proven fraud.

3. Services Offered

Seeds to Dreams provides:

One-on-one video sessions (30 or 60 minutes)
Tiered coaching services
Custom video content (UGC and personal requests)
Personalized blueprints for individual goals
Tarot readings in three formats
Young adult mentoring (18+ life transition support and general guidance)

We do not guarantee outcomes, results, or specific experiences. Results vary based on individual input and external factors.

4. Booking and Payment

All sessions and services must be booked in advance through the website or via direct email.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Prices are listed on the site and may be updated at any time.

By booking any service, you acknowledge and agree to these booking and payment terms.

5. Delivery of Services

Custom videos, blueprints, and readings are created based on the information you provide. Estimated delivery timelines are listed on (https://www.seedstodreams.com). These services are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6. Sessions, Coaching, Mentoring, Readings, and Custom Blueprint Disclaimer

Sessions, coaching, mentoring, tarot readings, and custom blueprints are for personal development, insight, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice in medical, legal, psychological, or financial matters. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.

7. Client Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse the website or services
Engage in harmful, abusive, or illegal behavior
Attempt to disrupt or exploit the site or its services
